The Kommunal Theatre

Kommunal Theatre is aimed at bridging the gap of poverty and turning exclusion into inclusion by enabling children and young people between the ages of five and 13 to initiate, implement and participate in art, dance and drama events.

The project will be open to children within this age groups especially those at risk of educational underachievement , isolated or disadvantaged as a result of various challenges. Such children will include those from Ethnic Minority background, those suffering the relics of domestic violence or family breakdown, those from unemployed or low income earning families and those lacking social skills or at risk of exclusion.
